Account data

Customer, shop, cloth, garment, and design reference images uploaded to private storage.

Contacts permission

Used only when you choose to import customer names and phone numbers from your device.

Information We Collect

  • Account information such as your email address, sign-in method, and basic Google profile information when you use Google sign-in.
  • Tailor profile and shop information such as shop name, address, city, phone number, profile photo, and shop photo.
  • Business records you add in the app, including customer names, phone numbers, measurements, orders, garment details, delivery dates, notes, payment status, and invoice details.
  • Photos you upload for customers, garments, cloth, design references, and shop/profile images.
  • Contacts information only when you choose to import customer details from your phone contacts. The app uses contacts access to help you fill customer names and phone numbers.
  • Technical information needed to operate the app, such as authentication tokens, app preferences, and basic device or usage information for security and troubleshooting.

How We Use Information

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To help you manage customers, measurements, orders, invoices, photos, payments, and order status.
  • To enable login, password reset, Google sign-in, and secure app sessions.
  • To generate customer order tracking links and show limited order status information to customers who receive those links.
  • To provide support, fix issues, improve reliability, and protect the app from misuse.

Sharing Of Information

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We use service providers for our backend, database, file storage, and email — including managed cloud hosting (server infrastructure and a PostgreSQL database), Cloudflare R2 for image storage, and an email delivery provider for account and verification emails.
  • We use Google only when you choose Google sign-in.
  • We may share information when required by law, to protect users, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Customer order tracking pages are accessible to anyone who has the tracking link. Do not share a tracking link with people who should not see that order status.

Data Storage And Security

  • App data is stored in a managed cloud database and protected with access controls, authenticated sessions, and per-tailor data isolation enforced by the application.
  • Customer and garment photos are stored in private storage buckets and are accessed through signed URLs where needed.
  • No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Your Choices

  • You can choose not to grant contacts permission. Some import features may not work, but core app features can still be used.
  • You can edit or delete business records inside the app where those features are available.
  • You can request account or data deletion by contacting us at support@sangachadwam.in.

Children

  • Sangachadwam Tailor is intended for tailoring businesses and is not directed to children.
