How To Request Deletion
- 1. Send an email to support@sangachadwam.in.
- 2. Use the subject line: Sangachadwam Tailor Account Deletion Request.
- 3. Include the email address or phone number used to sign in to the app so we can identify the account.
- 4. We may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting the account and associated data.
Data Deleted
- Your Sangachadwam Tailor account profile and shop details
- Customer records, measurements, orders, garments, invoices, notes, and payment records saved in the app
- Uploaded customer, garment, cloth, design reference, profile, and shop photos
- Subscription and usage records connected to your app account
Data We May Keep Temporarily
- Support emails or deletion request messages may be retained for up to 90 days for audit, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
- Data that must be retained to comply with legal, tax, dispute, security, or abuse-prevention requirements may be kept only for as long as required.
- Backups may retain deleted data for a limited period before automatic rotation removes it.
